General terms for the Bella’s Painting & Remodeling LLC website. Painting and remodeling work is governed by a separate project agreement.

1. Website scope
This website presents information about Bella’s Painting & Remodeling LLC and offers ways to request information, discuss a project or propose trade collaboration in the Louisville, Kentucky area. Use it lawfully and in a way that respects these terms and other people’s rights.
2. Inquiries are not confirmed projects
Submitting a form, receiving a reference number or receiving a reply confirms an inquiry only. It does not guarantee availability, schedule a confirmed visit, accept a project, or establish a final price. Bella’s must review the scope, location, conditions, materials and timing before confirming next steps.
3. Separate written project agreement
Actual work must be addressed in the applicable written estimate or project agreement accepted by the parties. That document should identify scope, materials, price, payments, schedule, changes, responsibilities, permits where applicable, and any warranties or cancellation rights. These website terms do not create a deposit rule, warranty, refund policy or additional charge.
If a project agreement conflicts with general website information, the applicable written project agreement and governing law determine the parties’ rights. Nothing here waives a nonwaivable consumer right or any required notice or cancellation protection.
4. Information, images and availability
Website information is general and may change. Photos show particular projects and are not a promise of identical conditions or results. Color appearance varies by screen, lighting, material and finish. Illustrative or generated visuals are design concepts rather than completed client work. Confirm project-specific details directly with Bella’s.
5. Your submissions
Provide information you believe is accurate and that you are authorized to share. Submit only materials you own or have permission to use. Bella’s may use your inquiry materials to evaluate and respond to the request and to administer an agreed project. Sending a file does not by itself grant permission to publish it as advertising or a testimonial.
6. Acceptable use and account security
Do not submit spam, unlawful material or malicious code; impersonate others; interfere with the website; or attempt to access private records or accounts without authorization. Administrative accounts are for approved users. Keep your credentials private, sign out of shared devices and promptly report suspected misuse.
Bella’s may restrict website access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse or comply with law. This does not change rights or obligations under an existing project agreement.
7. Website content and external links
Bella’s and the respective rights holders retain rights in their names, logos, photographs, text and other website materials. You may view the site for ordinary personal or business evaluation. Other copying, resale or commercial reuse requires the appropriate permission or a right provided by law. Links to external services do not make Bella’s responsible for their content, availability or policies.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, website information is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular project. These website limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded and do not reduce any separately agreed obligations or warranties for actual work.

The Privacy Policy explains information handling related to this site. Contact details submitted in an inquiry may be used to respond about that inquiry. A separate agreement or consent is needed where applicable for unrelated marketing communications.
10. Updates, applicable law and questions
Bella’s may update these terms and their revision date as the website changes. Kentucky law applies to these website terms to the extent consistent with mandatory law that protects you. This text does not select exclusive courts, require arbitration, or waive rights that cannot be waived.
